Terms & Conditions – Relax Therapy
To ensure the best possible service for all clients, please read and agree to the following booking and cancellation terms before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Deposit
• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• If you are using a gift voucher, 25% of the voucher’s value will be applied as your booking deposit. The remaining balance of the voucher can be used toward your treatment on the day of your appointment.
2. Payment of Balance
• The remaining balance is payable at your appointment by cash, card, or valid voucher (if applicable).
3. Cancellations & Changes
• More than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit (or voucher deposit) will be retained as credit and can be transferred to a new appointment.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointment: The full treatment fee is payable, and your deposit or voucher deposit will be forfeited.
4. Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so as not to delay the next client, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
5. Vouchers
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and must be presented at the time of treatment.
• Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.
