Bowen Technique
Bowen Technique is a practice which consists of small gentle movements allowing the body to reset and heal itself.
Best of all, it is safe to use on all ages and with any condition.
The Bowen Technique can be exceptionally effective for back pain, injuries, complaints and discomforts. Clients usually have two to three treatments generally a week apart. It can give significant relief frequently after the first treatment and each treatment can last from 10 minutes to an hour. Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is the treatment of which a therapist uses a range of different movements on a fully clothed client. The technique addresses the back, neck, scalp and face using a range of massage pressures and techniques. A session usually lasts about 45 minutes.
Indian head massage helps enhance joint mobility and flexibility, improves blood circulation and releases muscular tension. It is principally affective for reducing the effects of stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis.
The intentions of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has built up in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
